Here is an overview of our rates. All amounts are weekly rates for the whole house, whatever the number of guests.
For periods not listed – late summer, or the winter months – we are glad to make you a personal offer. In winter in particular we let at special rates for longer stays.

What is included
The weekly rate covers the whole house including the kitchen, use of the shared pool and tennis court, the parking space and the WiFi. It does not cover bed linen and towels, electricity as metered, or the final cleaning.

We let by the week. Arrival is possible any day from Monday to Sunday, from 16:00; on the day of departure you may stay in the house until 10:00.
Electricity is billed separately as metered; our local管理 reads the meter. The final cleaning is also paid locally to the management. On the day of departure they check the house, and if nothing is amiss you get your deposit back.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. A cancellation must reach us in writing; the date it arrives is what decides the cancellation fee.
