A house the family lives in themselves
This bright, comfortable house sits on raised ground and has a large outdoor area with a fine view over the shared pool – without any loss of privacy.
The setting is excellent. Near the sandy beach there is a whole quarter of restaurants, about ten minutes on foot. The Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante with some 150 shops, is just as close.
The southern Costa Blanca has 360 days of sunshine a year. Even in deep winter the average is 18 degrees and lunch in the garden is a pleasure. It only cools down at night – and the air conditioning warms the house through in minutes. In summer there is always a shaded corner on the terrace.
